Why do you use two instructors?
We’ve found that using two instructors maximizes your learning potential by giving you notably more one-on-one interaction. For example, while one instructor is demonstrating a technique, the other can help the students to copy the technique properly. -
I’ve seen courses in Pet First Aid available online – why shouldn’t I just take one of those?
Online courses lack the hands-on training that helps you remember what you’ll need to know if an actual emergency arises. Our courses run through each technique several times to ensure maximum retention.

Why should I take your course instead of one with the Red Cross?
Several reasons, actually. PetTech is the only Pet First Aid & CPR course that was designed using animal anatomy as its base. It covers both dogs AND cats, and teaches several CPR styles to ensure you have the best tools available no matter what your pet’s body type is. We also won’t cancel your course after you’ve registered. Once you’ve signed up with us, the class will take place regardless of how many other people sign up - we value your time! And even among PetTech instructors we are among very few that teach as a team.

Okay, I’m sold. What is included in the class?
Each class includes a 42-page textbook, a certificate and wallet card upon completion, and lunch (during daytime classes) -
One last question – why don’t you list the address of your Stratford location online?
Our Stratford location is residential, and cannot accommodate walk-ins. -
